These terms govern your use of SEO Metriks All-in-One SEO ("the App"), operated by EXENLABS ("we," "us"). By installing the App on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install or continue using the App.
The App audits your store's SEO, generates content with AI (meta tags, alt text, blog posts, product FAQs), tracks keyword rankings, and connects to Google Search Console and Analytics if you choose to. Full details are in the tutorials.
The App offers a Free plan and paid Starter, Growth, and Pro plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's own billing system, on the cycle Shopify's platform uses for app charges. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Account → Billing inside the App — cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current billing period unless Shopify's own billing policies say otherwise.
Meta tags, alt text, blog posts, and FAQs generated by the App are drafts — you review and approve each one before it's saved to your store. We don't guarantee AI-generated content is factually perfect, free of errors, or optimal for your specific products; you're responsible for reviewing anything before it goes live on your storefront.
The App reports real data — your actual SEO score, real rankings, real Search Console and Analytics figures, real AI Search visibility checks. It does not and cannot guarantee search engine rankings, traffic increases, sales, or that any AI assistant will mention your store. Search engines and AI platforms operate outside our control, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond what any SEO tool can influence.
You're responsible for the accuracy of content you approve and publish through the App, for keeping your store's connected accounts (like Google) secure, and for using the App in line with Shopify's own Acceptable Use Policy and API terms. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the App's systems.
The App relies on third-party services (DataForSEO, AI content providers, Google APIs, Resend, Crisp) to provide its features — see the Privacy Policy for the full list and what each one is used for. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on those providers' end that temporarily affect the App's features.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement of your specific store.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost sales, lost rankings, or lost data, beyond what applicable law requires.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that abuse the App, violate these terms, or violate Shopify's own policies. Uninstalling triggers the data deletion process described in the Privacy Policy.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
